In accordance with labor laws, we require all users to be over the age of 16. When signing up for Quest, you are acknowledging you are 16+ years old.

At the moment, the app is only available in Singapore and the Philippines. But sit tight, we’ve got plans to go global, if you’ll have us 😉

Getting Started

Be our guest! Regardless of whether you sign up as a Citizen or a Hero, you will be able to toggle with the switch at the top of the Profile page.

Think of this as a business pitch – you want to make yourself as credible as possible. We’ve got on tips on how:

  • Personalize your profile. Science says that we tend to trust people more if we know them so let the walls down a little bit, be more personable and friendly.
  • Build your credibility! You wouldn’t stay in a hotel with bad reviews, and same goes for Quest. Every time you mark a quest as completed, there will be a review window that pops up. Ask your Citizens to leave you reviews to validate your work. This gives others peace of mind regarding the quality of work that you produce.
  • We all need assurance that whatever we outsource can be done well. Where you can, list the skills that are related to the quests you want to complete. This is especially applicable to quests in the academic or business categories!      
  • And, always be sincere and respectful of each other. Manners never hurt anyone.       

My Account

We’ve got a few ground rules to keep everyone safe and inclusive and a deleted quest is most likely a breach of those rules. Have a look at what you should and should not post in our Community Guidelines.

Sometimes we miss things out and we need you to be our eyes! If you see something that you know shouldn’t be there, make sure you’re on the post, tap on the three dots at the top right of your screen and a “report user” option should pop up.

Yes, you may! Just email business@quest-inc.co.

But our house, our rules! We’ve got a couple conditions – your budget has to be a minimum of $7 and we charge a minimal fee of $5 and don’t forget that the quest has to be in line with our user guidelines.

As a general rule, we would like everyone to be following the government’s regulations but beyond that is up to your discretion!

Don’t do anything you’re uncomfortable with, make sure people close to you know where you are and if you experience any difficult situations that you feel we need to know about, write to us at our email hello@quest-inc.co or text us on telegram @questsupport.

Payment Methods

Before you post a quest, you can choose your selected payment method. You can choose between QuestPay powered by Stripe or external payment.

  • QuestPay – A safe and encrypted in-app payment method. Citizens and Businesses will be charged a 2-4% processing fee from Stripe payment platform for each payment.
  • Pay externally – payments and transactions made outside the app.

All payments are encouraged to be made in the Quest app using QuestPay to ensure a safe and pleasant experience.
