I want to get started

In accordance with labor laws, we require all users to be over the age of 16. When signing up for Quest, you are acknowledging you are 16+ years old.

At the moment, the app is only available in Singapore and the Philippines. But sit tight, we’ve got plans to go global, if you’ll have us 😉

We take user privacy seriously and have security measures in place to protect your personal information. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Yes, you can switch between Hero and Citizen on the profile page whenever you want.

For the safety and security of all users, we do not permit taking conversations off the platform. All communication should be conducted within the app to maintain a secure and transparent environment.

Quests that involve illegal activities, violate our community guidelines, or pose a risk to users’ safety are not allowed. Additionally, advertising, referrals, loans, selling items are prohibited. Please review our guidelines for a comprehensive list of prohibited content.

To report a user for inappropriate behaviour, go to their profile, click on the report button, and provide details of the issue. Our team will review and take necessary action.

I'm a Citizen

I post the quests

After accepting an offer, you can communicate with the user to coordinate the task’s details on the chat page. Once the task is completed, the Citizen will release payment.

Citizens and Heroes can only start chatting in-app after the payment is made and held securely with Quest. This gives Heroes the assurance of payment with each quest that they get assigned.

There could be various reasons for not receiving offers on your quest, such as your quest’s title, pricing, or the demand for your specific task. Try adjusting these details and consider promoting it using Highlights/Notifications Blast to increase visibility.

We note your eagerness to post quests. However, your quest may have been deleted because we detected behaviour that we do not condone. Examples of such behaviour could be asking to bring the chat out of our app onto Telegram/Whatsapp etc., selling products or services as a Citizen and so on.

If a user fails to respond after you’ve accepted their offer and paid through Quest, report the user and contact our support team. We will assist you in resolving the issue and may take appropriate actions against the user

A full refund will be made back to your original payment method as long as you are not the cause of cancellation.

If payment has been securely made via the platform, do not worry, contact hello@quest-inc.co and we will refund you the payment made. 

I'm a Hero

I get the quests done

After a quest is completed, the funds will be transferred to your Quest Wallet which is accessible on the profile page. If you don’t see it on your profile page, ensure you are viewing as a Hero [under top left tab in profile page]. You can withdraw your income at any time and we will transfer it to your preferred account within 5 working days.

Yes, you’ll get 100% of the earnings as listed upon successful completion.

If a user fails to respond after you’ve sent an offer and you got accepted, report the user and contact our support team. We will assist you in resolving the issue and will take appropriate actions against the user.

Yes, there is no limit to the number of quests you can do at one time.

In the event that disputes occur, or you do not wish to continue with the quest, you may lodge a cancellation request. You will be prompted to provide an explanation of the situation or relevant information and screenshots. 

If you haven’t received payment for a completed quest, do report the user and please contact our support team hello@quest-inc.co. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

My Account

You can verify your account via the profile page. At the time being, verification is only allowed in Singapore and we are working on it to bring it to other regions. Please use the app as per normal, transact within the app, and you will be fine!

 

We have created a few features that allow you to boost your posting view rates. These exclusive and limited features are available to be selected when you post a quest starting from $5.

If you encounter an inappropriate quest, please report it to our moderation team. We take such reports seriously and will take appropriate action.

Your Earnings Wallet is available on your Hero profile page. Click on the ‘Withdraw’ button below the Earnings Wallet to withdraw the money. You can withdraw your income any time and we will transfer it to your preferred account within 5 working days.

If you’ve been banned, it might be due to a violation of our community guidelines or terms of service. Please review our guidelines and click on this link and fill up the form to unban. We will drop you a message if you have been unbanned.

You can delete it by heading to the profile page, and settings, scrolling down, and clicking on the “Delete Account” button.

Payment Methods

We make it a must for all transactions to be paid in-app as this ensures that the payments are securely held in app while the work is completed. This prevents scams and ensures a trusted community.

At the moment, Quest only accepts payment via Credit/Debit card. We are currently working on bringing more payments method into our platform, so please do keep a lookout for it!

We do not take any commission fees. However, each transaction carries a 5% + 50 cents processing fee charge. These processing fees are charged by Stripe, our payment processor to give users peace of mind when transacting through Quest. Please refer to our payment terms and conditions for detailed information on commission fees.

Cancellations & Disputes

Your Quest earnings wallet will only display a negative balance when a cancellation fee has been charged to you. This happens only when a Hero was the cause of the quest getting canceled.

You can initiate a cancellation of the quest after it is started by tapping on the 3 dots icons in chats. Do state the reasons for cancellation as we will charge the party responsible for causing the quest to be cancelled with a cancellation fee.
