Why use in-app payments
All users are encouraged to transact within the app. Here’s why.
Convenient
Payments have never been easier. In-app Payments allow transactions to be complete within the Quest app!
Safe and encrypted
Once an offer is made and accepted, the payment amount will be held securely until the payment is released.
Prevent frauds and scams
Your money will be safely held until the Hero has completed the quest. Should there be any dispute while the quest is in progress, rest assured that your money will not be transferred until you choose to release payment.
Preferred payment
When posting a quest, select Credit Card/Debit Card as your payment method.
Money held securely
Once the Hero makes an offer, the Citizen will accept the offer and payment will be held securely until the quest is done to satisfaction and payment will be released.
Always in control
You are in control of your money at all times. Decide when to release payment to your hero. Keep track of all your transactions within the Quest app.

Our in-app payment is powered by Stripe, an award-winning, trusted payment technology that ensures safe payments. Please be assured that our payment method is safe and encrypted.
Paying in-app is a safer and encrypted payment method for in-app transactions. We strongly encourage users to opt for Credit Card/Debit Card payments when posting a quest as your payment will be safely held until released upon completion of your quest.
All users are recommended to use the in-app payment method as it can help prevent scams and unpleasant experiences.
Simply select Credit Card/Debit Card as your your payment method while posting a quest.
Once your Hero has completed the quest, your Hero should prompt you and request payment. If you are satisfied with your completed quest to your requirements, you may release payment by clicking the “release payment” button on the top right corner of your chat.
We encourage you to release payment after you’ve checked the quest and confirm it is completed to your requirements.
Reminder: Once payment has been released, it is no longer held securely within Quest. After this time, we will be unable to help retrieve any funds.
If you’re not ready to release the payment for any reason, try communicating with the Hero to let them know your feedback. We have a dispute resolution service (email to hello@quest-inc.co) to assist if you can’t come to a resolution about the task completion or payment.
