Quest allows you to hire people from Singapore who are at other countries to help you buy items, deliver goods, or complete tasks you can’t do yourself due to distance.
Popular requests include purchasing hard-to-find items (e.g. cosmetics, concert merch, snacks), queuing for product launches, picking up items from local stores, and mailing packages.
Yes. All payments are held securely in escrow and released only when the task is completed. You can also choose Heroes with high ratings and our Preferred Badge.
You can specify instructions, require photos or videos, and communicate with your Hero through our chat. Our AI assistant also helps suggest key details to include.
Pricing depends on the country, task complexity, and urgency. You’ll see offers from Heroes and can choose what fits your budget. A typical fee includes the errand/purchase cost + a reward for the Hero (usually 20% extra) + platform fees.
We offer a dispute process and will review the case if the errand isn’t completed properly. You only release the money when you receive your purchase. You’re protected under Quest’s secure payment policy.
