Growth & Partnerships Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Growth Intern to join us. Reporting directly to the Growth Lead, you will get the autonomy to execute growth initiatives, develop our marketing & product flywheel, and supercharge the growth of our user base. If you are creative, independent, a little weird, and love to get your hands dirty, we’d love to have you.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop data-backed functional plans (e.g. paid, digital, social partnerships)
  • Provide key insights to help the business scale effectively
  • Manage platform and channel partnerships
  • Collaborate with other teams on cross-functional initiatives
  • Developing, driving and implementing a C2C strategy focused on Gen Zs
  • Grow user base through acquiring and building relationships with users to better understand their needs 
  • Work with product managers to build retention keeping features
  • Assist Growth Lead with growth validations for different SEA markets
What we are looking for: 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A highly-driven individual with the knack to learn on the fly, and a creative-at-heart
  • Experienced in an incubator, or established startup would be an advantage
Internship periods we offer: 
  • 6 Months Full-Time (Jul – Dec)
  • 3 Months Part-Time (Jul – Sept) & 3 Months Full-Time (Oct – Dec)
